When I first moved to the DMV it seems like it took me forever to make any lasting friendships which, as a military brat who is used to moving around, I found strange. Enter Natasha. We met on Bumble Friends, of all places. While I’ve always found online dating weird….online “finding friends” tops that…Still, Natasha has become one of my best friends – and that’s why it was such an honor when she asked me to take her maternity photos.
As if being pregnant in the middle of a global pandemic wasn’t stressful enough, Natasha was also experiencing a complicated pregnancy. I was, admittedly, nervous about doing my first maternity shoot, but there was no way I wouldn’t help my friend capture this special moment.
